  Pad Thai Recipes

As mentioned previously there are countless variations of recipes for preparation of this fabulous Thai dish. So feel free to experiment and substitute for unavailable or unwanted items in these recipes to your heart's content! But don't blame us if it turns out to be delicious.

The two most important things to remember are to properly soak the noodles and take an active role in cooking the dish. The rice noodles are light, they do not require hours of soaking like beans or lentils, especially in warm water. Make sure you only soak the noodles until they are soft - do not let them get mushy please!

Secondly, like all Thai stir fried dishes, be sure to cook it fast on high heat. Cook the noodles as if you were preparing pasta: do not cook them until they are hard, cook them only until firm to the bite! You want to cook it so it's as pleasant to eat as anything you'd find at Thai restaurants, your other favourite cultural hotspots or even a hotel room booked at http://www.britanniahotels.com/. If eggs are used in your recipe, try to get them just cooked to taste but never overcooked.
